Hello I sold an old but working laptop. Small money. Buyer after 4 days messages “WiFi not work, money back”

If the buyer opens a return for not as described you will have no choice but to accept the return, issue a return label and refund on return, or refund to allow buyer to keep the item. 
Edited to add: I don't see a laptop sold how long ago was this sale? If it's more than 30 days Money Back Guarantee window has closed. However a buyer can file a chargeback up to 180 days if they used PayPal or credit card.

Thank you. It was sold April 9th. 
I think I’ll have to just refund and take it as a loss.

If you are refunding it - make them return it at least. That way you can see if you even get back that which you sold.
