A little background I sold an item to a buyer in California the weird part was is that they placed an offer for it and then right away purchase the unit outright. They wanted it sent priority mail or 2nd day air. I didn't have a problem with that but they needed to contact me ahead of time as my policy states so. They tried to send me a third party shipping number which I don't accept either. Long story short since I made extra on the item I decided to cover the cost of the priority shipping. Unfortunately with my communicase the buyer either doesn't answer frequently or is so busy they can't either way it made me a little nervous given the cost of the item. I finally got the item shipped well within the time limit but the moment it arrived in California the buyer opened a return saying that it what's a counterfeit and they can't use it. I know the item is genuine as it's my business but I know it's going to happen if I make a big deal about it. I messed up the return unfortunately as I don't do returns often and gave him the return full I thought I was selecting a shipping option back but for some odd reason it didn't take in eBay system I don't know why as I remember selecting the weight and the cost of the shipping. Anyway I had to send a buyer a prepaid UPS label and I had a half a pound extra weight to make sure it was within range. Now I'm getting up additional charge from UPS for $12 and change because somehow my 7 lb 4 oz package has grown to 11 pounds. Considering leaving bad feedback as I'm already over $120 in the hole on shipping charges.
You can't leave bad feedback, only the buyer has that option. If the package weight is higher could be the packing material has been replaced with something heavier. or... What is being sent back is counterfeit with a different weight.
