Return of item never received

I ordered a part from china never received it asked for return got a shipping label but I have nothing to ship because I never received please call me

If you never received it, you should have opened an item not received claim.

Unfortunately, eBay does not provided support through this board. Getting help from eBay can be a very frustrating process:

Why not send an email to the Seller and explain that you never received your item and ask for a refund.  Most sellers are honest and want to keep their good reputation by doing the "right thing".

If that doesn't work you can have EBAY customer service representative contact you.   Go to Ebay HELP and type REQUEST CALLBACK.

Why would you file a "return" if you haven't received the item yet?

That makes no sense.

You should have filed a "item not received" case.

When you look at your order details, what is your estimated delivery date?  If it is after that time, contact customer service and ask them to change your return to an item not received claim.
