Return item lost during transit. And buyer open case.

Hello

We had a return request. We send buyer Fedex shipping label. But look like Fedex does not delivery it or lost during transit.

Now customer open a case for it. Ebay put on hold till Fed 2.

We wonder what if till the time frame is passed and still no show of delivery. Are we gonna lost the case?

We purchase Fedex label with signature confirmation, and when tracking it, it show exactly physical address where it going from and to.

Hope anyone have this past experience can give us an advise.

Call EBAY Help Desk and see if they can "extend date" to allow more time for package to arrive.

We just got a call with eBay Rep.

They already confirmed, if the item does not arrive by time frame. EBay will close the case on seller favor. Even though buyer already shipped the item out.

But it still look a bit worry. So hope anyone can share. 

We will also give update about the outcome of the case by tomorrow.

Previous post by eBay "blues" have indicated that the purchaser of the label is in the end is held responsible for delivery/non-delivery meaning that you would be expected to lose the battle.

The return item was shipped by the buyer using your label, therefore, I find the eBay message that ......    EBay will close the case on seller favor   .......   to not be in line with eBay policy.

You haven't mentioned ... what does the tracking say?

Did the buyer actually use the label?  Was it accepted by FedEx?

If the buyer did NOT use the label (no tracking at all), then eBay will close the return in your favor.

Yes, the buyer already used the label, and Fedex is accepted it.

Tracking keep saying shipping is pending.

Yes, eBay Rep even said they understand the item already shipped but if it not show delivery, they still close into our favor. but we still worries and may not correctly.

We will call them again.
