Hello, friends!
The question is this: I sold the goods, the buyer wants to return the goods. I do not accept returns. The buyer has initiated a return.
I accidentally hit the "accept refund" option.
By mistake.
Can this process be canceled so that a dispute can be opened?
Thank you in advance for any help!

"I was wondering, if it is possible to cancel the "return process" started by mistake.
I accidentally pressed this option."
So, are you saying that you'd rather refund now than to wait for the item to be returned to you? Expand, please...

No. There is no going back, as everyone here has informed you.

Hello!
I accidentally clicked the "accept refund" option.
I didn't send to the buyer a label (and I don't intend to), I didn't send the money.
It's just that this process started and I got a notification.
The question was: can this be stopped/cancelled?

Hello! Thank you. I read... Only it's too late already.

Do you mean you accidentally clicked 'Accept Return '?
If you accepted the Return, then a shipping label has been generated already. I suppose that you could stop the Return process by issuing a refund now. Personally, I see Returns through to the end, but that's just me...

Thanks everyone for the help!
The question is over.
I wish you all successful sales / purchases!
Peace and goodness to all!

I understand, that the label has beeb already created. It's not about returning the product, as such. It's a matter of principle: I was falsely accused of something, that doesn't exist in reality. I will wait for the court from ebay
