It may just be a glitch - but I just had a return req and went to accept it. I usually am sent to a screen where I have the choice of Ebay creating a label and sending it to the buyer or creating my own and uploading it. Today - tho the only choice I had was to create a label and upload it - since it wasn't worth paying for the return - I just refund - but wondered if anyone else has experienced this change.
Best of luck selling!!

I've only had that with an item not as described. You haven't changed any return policies have you?

Nope haven't changed any policies and this was an Item Not as Discribed as they noticed a flaw I missed. It was just easier to have Ebay send a label then worrying about creating and uploading another one.

I ran into this as well recently. I think they changed the process as the option to have eBay generate the label at the buyers request was no longer available. I had to finagle around for almost an hour to get it to print the label I wanted to send. There's no EASY option to have eBay automatically reverse the sender and destination addresses and generate the label that I could find. It wanted to update my store addresses in order to complete the label.

Thanks tar - I was on vacation a couple of weeks back and didn't keep up with the boards! I was hoping it was just a glitch!

Did you need something? I'm not in either of those discussions. 🤔

Yes please. You wrote "Yes there are other topics on this" (which I could not find) responding to @eelectronicparts.
Perhaps you could link those other topics here?
