Return Label

I posted this in the Returns section but didn't get any replies....

I have a buyer who bought two items from me via my promotion (buy one get one 50% off).  I shipped them together with a Priority label.  She now wants to return one of the items.  I have free returns but usually, the buyer is automatically issued a label from ebay.  Now, eBay is asking for ME to upload a label.  I have never done that.  Is there a way to buy a label through eBay for this buyer?  I only use eBay for labels....

LOL when the offer is used, the discount is split between the two items so they are both the same price.  They still got a larger discount than I would give on the one item....figures!

I had to get rid of three ships for free because I had too many instances of someone purchasing three items to get free shipping, two heavy items and one light one, then returning the very lightest one.  People will sure do some wonky things to save a few bucks.  When eBay changed the program where I couldn't exclude items from the offer I just stopped doing it.
