Return Approved.....Buyer did not return the item in time alloted but how to get ebay to step in

I have perused the help pages and the links ebay suggests I use to ask them to step in and help are non-existant.     I approved a return, made shipping label available and ebay gave buyer until July 6 to return.   Buyer has not returned the item and I suspect will not.  So Help me to close out this return.

Just do nothing, if the buyer does not return the item it will automatically close. Nothing on here goes fast. Just be patient.

The July 6th date has an extention because of shipping delays.  If not returned it should close out within a week.

eBay removed the button from the return case that used to be there to ask them

to close the return and they also remover the authority for a CSR to do it for you.

So the short answer is you can't do it any more.

Buyer left two negatives and a slew of profanity laced emails and all ebay did was remove the negative comments.  The negs still remain.  Ebay still has my funds on hold.  All Selling, Seller Hub whole site is becoming pathetic and confusing.

This is in Ebay Help and Contact as suggestions to ask ebay to step in.   So instead it should read BE PATIENT WE HAVE YOUR FUNDS ON HOLD AND WILL RELEASE THEM AT AN UNKNOWN DATE IN THE FUTURE.  Unacceptable.

Today is July 11 and buyer has not used the label on my approved return.  Ebay gave them until July 6 to use the label.  Original return request in is June.    How can Ebay side with buyer when I approved the refund upon return,  provided shipping label.   The buyer has neglected to return the item.  Honestly I think he thought I was a newbie and would cave.   The seat covers where fine and I assure you are on the dude's motorcycle.  But I will wait.
