There is no single reason to get an account restricted, there are a variety of things that can happen to create that problem.
You would have gotten an email from Ebay telling you that your account had been restricted. If you would share that email here, we might be able to help you better understand what it is telling you. I realize you are in Indonesia, but there might be something we would spot to help.
Now I see you still have items listed for sale, so what type of restriction are you experiencing?
