hi guys
The restriction placed on my account. It appears there was an error in the evaluation of my Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) rate. The evaluation incorrectly lists a neutral feedback rate of 2.6% (1/38) and a Stock-Out Cancellation rate of 21.1% (8/38), both of which are inaccurate.
There is no neutral feedback on my account , and the Stock-Out cancellations were due to buyer-related issues or address problems, not stock shortages Im sure of that what can i do to for this on email they did'nt give me any steps to take This restriction seems to be based on a system error, and it is unfair to penalize my account under these circumstances. I value providing an excellent buyer experience and have maintained high satisfaction among my customers.
THANK YOU

OOS cancelations cannot be buyer related or address problems.
Out Of Stock is Out Of Stock.
Im sure someone will come along and give you ideas of what you might try to fix your account.
US sellers do not have BBE so most US sellers dont know what steps to take.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE
I SWEAR IT WAS buyer related or address problem and never OOS prblms
that is the point, and that is why I am requesting that a human representative review my account and transaction history. This restriction seems to be based on a system error, and it is unfair

Sorry to hear of your predicament. I have not heard of sellers coming back to selling after a BBE restriction.
Others may be along to provide more information.

I am sorry but there are no eBay representatives here to read your request. We are all buyers and sellers. We do not work for eBay.
I can only share what I have read here on the forums. Most of us are from the USA and we do not fall under the BBE requirements , so have little to no experience with BBE.

What you feel is incorrect and what eBay documents are two different things.
BBE lists Negative/Neutral feedback and you do have one negative feedback.
You also have low DSRs according to your feedback.
If you canceled transactions for other than Out of Stock you wouldn't have such a high percentage of OOS cancellations.
Since it appears you are dropshipping, I would say that those cancellations were because wherever you source your products from probably ran out so you had to cancel.

That isn't the part of the seller dashboard you're to look at.
Look at the part that shows as shown below... look at your transaction defect rate. That is what shows your out of stock cancellations.

this one negative feedback is out of perdiode evaluation mentionned this time
for DSR i don"t think so
- Low Detailed Seller Ratings (Low DSR)% | 0.0%( 0/38 ) |
for the oos im sure and they can see the reason of the cancelation
- Stock-Out Cancellation (Stock-Out)% | 21.1%( 8/38 ) |
this one was made by mistake from buyer and he revised the feedback
Neutral/Negative Feedback (NNFB)% | 2.6%( 1/38 ) |

You won't get a human to answer here on eBay. It looks to me as you are drop shipping possibly from another site and customers are not receiving their items. Since you are in Algeria it is hard to advise, only that this type of selling behavior has consequences and one too many customers who state they didn't receive their items as you were out of stock will pretty much end your selling career here on eBay. Sorry.
All the best

Your reason for cancelling does not matter.
What matters is what reason you chose from the dropdown on eBay when you canceled.
What specific choice(s) did you choose when cancelling?
