Restricted to sell for only wrote: "we have many others,see our items" .I have 3000 items !

Good afternoon:

Today and for 3 days !, i'm restricted to list new items.(see my feedback,and how old is my account).

Was received it extremely absurd,non sense,against the own interest of ebay,too.

say:
Please understand that you mentioned "we have many others,see our items" in the listing description, which may lead to off-eBay sale. Offering additional items for an additional charge or services for sale outside eBay is not allowed. These additional items are not included in the selling price of the item as eBay fees is based on the selling price of the item listed. You must create separate listings for the additional item you wish to sell. You may relist the item after making the necessary changes in the listing.

Yes I agree but the bots evidently don't. 

OP- you're right this is unfair and is damaging your business. EBays bots are reading that blurb that you are taking business off pf eBay.

I agree. With all of the talk out these blurb messages coming up about selling outside of eBay, Trinton and Tyler both said that a pair of "human eyes" will review before any suspension occurs. I unfortunately think this proves it wrong.

trinton@ebay  Would you please check what occured to this seller? Were there human eyes on this suspension because in all appearances it seems that there were not. If there were, I believe they may have been vacant.

It is very easy to make a robot of our acts guilty. Ebay is responsible for at least, what happens to me. People are responsible for what "supposed" robots do. I pay by month a subscription other than the commissions of my sales, of putting new items and the unfair and absurd commission on what the mail charges us to use their necessary services. I do not have 3 days now to be able to put new items "unjustifiably" and do not pay for it. I did not commit any fault and the person in charge is a "person" on ebay.

@topbestebriefex  You do not need to include "see my other items" anywhere on a listing.  There is a link that eBay provides for that.  Personally, I think its tacky when I read that on listings ... if I want to see other items from a seller I know how to do that ... it would be like walking in to a B&M store and finding what you want then a clerk comes along and says hey look at all the other items we sell ... like I wouldn't know I can do that ... just my opinion.

Please try to remain open minded and accepting of the help offered here in the community forum to which you posted.  If your language is Spanish and you are listing in English, it is understandable that you may have accidentally used some wording which resulted in the selling restriction. The person responding to you which resulted in this reply was trying to help you, not tear you down. It is understandable that you are upset, but you asked for response, and the community is responding, even if not exactly in the manner you may prefer. Good luck to you and your future sales. I hope this problem will be resolved for you soon.

I certainly am not saying that, believe me. Whether artificial intelligence or stupidity, it comes down to the company that is responsible for both, and that is eBay.  I fully agree with you.

I do not think anyone here really believes you will do that. When you join eBay, you sign an arbitration agreement, which means that if you did try to sue eBay, the first thing you would need to pay your lawyer for is to figure out how to get around the arbitration agreement.

No need.  That clause is only against class action lawsuits (which may have been declared invalid quite some time ago, if I can find the thread where a link to a court decision declaring the arbitration only clause was invalid).  But whether or not that did happen, individuals can still take eBay to court on their own.  That is a constitutional right that can not be signed away, no matter what the UA claims.

Yes, you would be correct.  However, the definition of "live person" may be under debate.
