Why is ebay insisting my authentic copies of Windows 11 may be counterfeit and removing them?
And they have restricted my account.
I posted clear photos, and a video to show they are not fake. I offered to mail ebay a copy so they can check it.
Nay, No, nay.....They just remove it and that's it. Seems very unfair. Here I go again to call/chat with tyrant ebay...

They have been removing windows software here for years. You can't sell it due to people creating fake copies and all of that many years ago.

Are you relisting it after eBay takes it down? Don't do that or you might have your account completely suspended for good.

eBay is not the problem Microsoft is: They say its junk or fake: its gone. VERO is god to eBay.
Keep listing it and you will not be selling on eBay.

The following is NOT a response to the poster's query; it is what I have learned through 79 yrs. of life, 59 yrs. of self-employment and 30 yrs. as a retailer. Remove the words FAIR and UNFAIR from your business reasoning and vocabulary. IF you are willing and able to accomplish that removal, you will not only be more content but also attain a higher degree of success. You must not fret over situations of which you are powerless to control.

How are they being sold? Just the license key only? Did you put the installer on a USB drive? Include any other custom software?

You can, however, load it onto a fresh computer and sell that computer with Win 11.

Maybe the negative you received saying you sold them pirated software is why you caught the attention of Microsoft.

Private listings raise another red flag. When I see private listings for items (other than personal, fetish, etc.), I wonder what the seller is hiding and why he isn't proud and transparent enough to show his listings and their provenance.

You have sold a LOT of software be careful of stirring the pot over one piece of software or you may find further reviews and you have sold a LOT of MS software.
