Restricted Account

On November 11 I received notification that my account was restricted and all active listings were removed. eBay sent me this: To help us remove the restriction on your account, you’ll need to:
- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you've sold. 

I only use eBay Shipping, which automatically generates tracking information. And I haven't had a single customer complaint of undelivered goods.

Did they ask you to provide receipts for all those multiples of drills you sold?  That also could set of red flags, not to mention stock photos.  You should get your tracking numbers in order and give them what they need to re-activate your account.

Contacting eBay to inform them that your creation of eBay labels has already uploaded the tracking numbers will not get you reinstated.

You need to comply and upload the numbers.
