A buyer has opened a NOT RECEIVED ITEM case on the German eBay platform, the request is all in German and I cannot read it. I have sent a message to the buyer in English. Even though I can login to the de ebay site, I cannot read the request...so how am I suppose to answer the request? Why doesn't eBay recognize this language difficulty, I could find no way to interpret the request.

I called ebay when something similar happened to me and they interpreted and answered for me.......

Copy and paste the message into Google Translate, to translate it into English.
You can do the same thing with a response in English to translate it into German.
Copy and paste it into an Ebay message to send to your buyer.

If you use google chrome, it has a feature that automatically translates foreign sites, it actually does a good job with the eBay sites 🙂
