Resolution Hub

A mistake that I made landed 7 of my lots simultaneously in my Resolution Hub.  I figured out the problem; changed the drafts; and successfully launched them - yet they are still listed in the Resolution Center.  How do I clear them out of this Center?

Re: Resolution Hub

Yes, at first it would not delete for me either. I don't remember how I deleted it but did get it deleted after trying several times. I guess Ebay wants to make sure you know the item is not allowed. Who would have thought a shampoo and conditioner was not allowed! 😂

Re: Resolution Hub

Resolution center? That’s a new one on me..I don’t see that anywhere in my seller hub.
The last time I saw that it was for returns and disputes.
Looked in my eBay app I don’t see anything called resolution center.

Re: Resolution Hub

I think what the OP means is they are in Ebays 'policy violation'. The day I started listing for sale items one of the first items I listed was Emera Shampoo and Conditioner. (I did not know they were not allowed on Ebay.) The system removed the item from being shown but the item was still showing up in my listings in red with policy violation on it. I was sent an email letting me know the brand was not allowed on Ebay. Even though the system removed the item from being shown the listing was still on my page. I believe I had to delete the listing myself to get it off as the system just removes it from view not from the seller hub. You cannot just fix the offending listing and re-launch it or it will stay on your screen until deleted.  I did not try to fix the listing as if it is not allowed then it won't be listed.  My suggestion is to delete the listings not try to 'fix' them. If the items are allowed on Ebay just start over after deleting the originals.

Re: Resolution Hub

Oh that is definitely a horse of a different color.
I had one such violation where eBay thought one of my audio CDs was a download, I rewrote the listing and successfully listed it. I couldn’t remove the listing that was stuck in deleted/ended while in a web browser I was able to successfully deleted it in the eBay app.
