Resolution Center???

What happened to the "Resolution Center"???...... I have a buyer who hasen't paid in 4 days & for the life of me, I can't find how to turn him in to Ebay for payment like we used to be able to do  so verrrrrry easily!

Go to the order and in the dropdown box, after 4 full days have passed, you'll be able to cancel and choose the reason, "buyer hasn't paid" and the buyer will get a strike. There's no more waiting for the buyer to pay. Case closes immediately.
