Resolution Center Where did it Go??

I may be late to the party on this one but there used to be a Resolution Center where you could handle a few issues regarding payments and returns.  You could get to it by clicking on that tiny little Help and Contact button at the very top that ebay tried to hide there so you wouldn't use it.  Now when you type in resolution center, you get some ridiculous articles that are useless and forget about trying to talk to a Customer Service Robot.  I don't know who makes this absurd decisions but the site just keeps getting worse.

eBay's "Resolution Center" used to be where buyers file INRs and INADs and sellers could cancel paid and pursue unpaid orders, along with viewing issues from buyers, etc. While the above link previously posted is still active, buyers now use their "Purchase History" page and sellers use their "My eBay Sold" page to perform those same functions, so the "Resolution Center" no longer exists in the form you may be used to seeing.

It's pretty clearly spelled out on the page where the Resolution Center used to be, as linked in an earlier post. Was there something specific you were looking for that wasn't addressed on that page?
