You will need to check the prohibited items list. However, if the item requires a prescription I would say no.

It would be allowed. It's OTC and doesn't need a prescription.

OTC drugs and medication are a gray area but there are lots of ecommerce sites selling OTC. While there are a lot of OTC drugs and medications that do not require a prescription there are some quirks. First there is eBay's policy on OTC drugs which is pretty generic.
Then there is the FDA guidance/regulation which of course, being government, is exhaustive.
There may also be some potential liability issues. Is the USA people sue people for everything and anything.

There may also be some individual state laws that you need to research. International? I would not even go there.
