Required item specific glitch in clothing - asking for size on variation listings

I sell clothing on my selling account. A lot of my listings are multivariation listings for size, same item in multiple sizes. Ebay is suddenly telling me I need to add a required size item specific to a few of these listings, but there is no size to add. It's not all of them, just some. Anyone having the same problem?

Yes!  Today one of my variation listings came up as "item specifics required soon" and there is no place to add the size....someone did not program this properly!

Although I'm not selling clothes, I have been having the same issue with 'Item Specifics' on listings with variations. On my newest listing it shows that I need to enter a required specific, yet there is no way for me to revise anything more in the listing. The info that's "required" is already there, and there's no other place/box/field where I could possibly enter anything more.

Would love to see a potential answer for this.

 I found something that explains it at least: 

"We’re introducing new items specifics in the below categories. These will be required on February 22, 2021 for all new and revised listings.

• Business & Industrial: Download details
• Clothes, Shoes & Accessories: Download details
• Health & Beauty: Download details
• Home & Garden: Download details
• Musical Instruments: Download details
• Sporting Goods: Download details"
