EBay  is required to report payments made to you , so they need your SSN or ITIN.

EBay will be sending the money your customers pay through Managed Payments, so they need the checking account information they will be transferring that money into.

 

Sometimes eBay also wants you to show proof of purchase, usually of high value/high fraud items, or brands covered under the VeRO program.

A little more information would be nice instead of making us guess at what you need help with from the limited info you posted.

 

My best guess it is as follows:

 

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.
