Requests and disputes

SO I have this buyer that requested and Disputes on one of the items i sent him by saying it wasn't delivered to his P.O. BOX . So i called my postmaster with the tracking number and he lookes up the tracking and i give him my address and the buyers address and then he calls the postmaster where the buyer is from and he looks up the tracking number and then goes and open up the buyers P.O. Box and tells my postmaster that the item is in the envelope setting in his P.O box . So how do I stop the requests and dispute if the guy doesn't pick up the the item and wants me to refund his money, Then he get the item for free because i refunded his money

If your buyer opened an Item Not Received claim, load your tracking number into the case. You'll win. Good luck.

@cardhub42

Did you enter the tracking number into the dispute?

I'm guessing it was shipped by ESE?

Unless they scan it as delivered, you'll lose a INR case.

If they don't pick it up and it's sent back to you, they will lose their MBG.

I think the PO holds packages for about 10 days & then returns but it varies a little, depending on the PO.

Did you message the buyer and tell them their package is available for pick up at their PO?

That's what I would do.

Dear buyer, your package is eagerly awaiting your pick up at your local post office.

If that's the case I would be calling that post office and asking them to scan that delivered, since it's in their PO box!

@cardhub42  I would be calling that PO and explaining, ask them to scan it delivered.

How did you ship?

Was it with an eBay standard envelope?

Or other tracked service?

It appears the envelopes have a different set of rules than packages.

If you sent via the eBay tracked envelope, I would call the PO, the buyer's PO and ask them to scan that delivered or if they will scan it again when the buyer picks it up.

YES it was ESE. I know the item is there i just can't figure out why it hasn't been marked as delivered because the post office said they scanned it in on there end

If it was delivered to their PO box, it shouldn't be returned.
