I've listed up to 296 listings, but now it's gone down to 244. Other listings were suggesting to relist, but I was unable to relist them. Give me some solutions & suggestions

You have selling limits. You will need to wait until next month.
When a seller desires to increase their selling limits, they are allowed to request an increase once every 30 days. Mark your calendar and every 30 days request an increase until you have your selling limit well above anything you think you will ever need. Below is a link to where you can go to ask for a selling limit increase. It is the third option in the link below.

Until those restrictions are removed, don't open a Store.
Many newbies think this will give them more listings.
But with a Store not only does your subscription buy between 1000 and 10,000 cheaper* listings but you may in some categories get promotional Free Listings which don't cost anything.
I have a Basic Store which allows 1000 listings without further charges, but I usually have some 10,000 promotional listings as well, and eBay uses those before the subscription listings.
*EBay calls them 'free' but you are paying for them with your subscription.

Whoops, too late. @elegance_family_mart has a store. I'm not sure what level of a store, but they have one. I agree with what you said. Having a store now is just a waste of money as it doesn't really help the seller until the seller gets some experience.

Dropshipping that stuff from China rarely works out for very long.
