Replying to feedback option gone?

Hello all,

Since I started my ebay business in January, there has been a "reply" link on all buyer feedback.  I have always replied with a "thank you for your feedback" comment.  Recently the reply link is not working.  Is this something new? Did Ebay change it? The reply link is still there but does not work for me anymore.  I would like to thank my buyers.  Looking forward to hearing back

Definitely a bug, we rarely use it so I hadn't noticed, but I do see that it just refreshes the page when I click on it, rather than opening anything I can use to type in a reply.  I'd suggest you report it via the "Report eBay Technical Issues" board, that may get the right eyes on it: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Report-eBay-Technical-Issues/bd-p/technicalissues-db
