How do I remove the cancelling of an order after non payment ? I have it set for 4 days and the customer needs 6 to pay . How do I change that after the item has been purchased? I have done it before but cant remember how.

It's on this page:
Preferences for items awaiting payment
You have to flip the toggle switch "on" (turn it blue) to see the various options.
There's a box where you can list the member ids of buyers you want to exclude from the automatic cancellation process:
"If you want to exclude buyers from having their items awaiting payment automatically canceled, list them here."

I agree with the above suggestion: Go to that linked page, leave the automatic cancellation turned on, then scroll down toward the bottom of that page and enter your buyer's ID in the exemption list which is specifically for late payments ("If you want to exclude buyers from having their items awaiting payment automatically canceled, list them here.").
