Removing links adding phone number??!!!

I just got an email that I cannot have a link in my listings directing customers to my eBay store, but should replace that with my PHONE NUMBER!??!

This seems absolutely insane to me! I have no desire to chat with my customers, I want them to go to y store to buy more of my stuff, which is what eBay should want too??!!

What gives here? Does anyone else see a problem with this?
