Removing a positive feedback - buyer posted my home address!

Had a buyer leave a positive feedback - but in doing so added a photo of the package, and left my entire home address visible. Would really love to get this removed - but can only find revision requests for neutral and negative feedback. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

If you go to the Help Page there is a link to remove feedback. Use the reason that it has contact info on it.

You would probably need to contact customer service via chat and request a call back.

Hi  @devilhockey3 . Because it's a positive feedback, the fastest way to address this is to send a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams: ebay on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on X

 

If you don't have a social account then go through the help & contact link on eBay.com to contact customer service.

 

Edit to add: You'll need to be very specific with CS that it's the photo violating eBay's feedback  policy, not the feedback comment.

Oh whoops, sorry about that. Yea, an ebay agent would have to manually remove that.

Please contact Ebay Customer Service Directly.  You can't use the automated version of requesting feedback removal because it isn't allowed on Positive feedback, so you need to contact Ebay.  For the safety of your buyer, please contact them as soon as you can to get that picture Edited or removed.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
