Hi!
Can someone help me?
I received 9 negative feedbacks form the same buyer. It was a misunderstanding which was later sorted out and the buyer now wants to revise all negative feedback to positive ones.
However, I have only 3 feedback revision requests available.
How can the buyer revise all the 9 negatives to positives in this case?
Thanks
Ron

The buyer can only revise 3 feedbacks if you only have 3 revisions left. The buyer could leave follow up comments to the rest of the negs stating the issues were resolved.

call ebay. a buyer can only leave so many feedbacks in a certain length of time, whether positive or negative.
seriously call ebay now from the help and contact link at the top of the page. click the feedback/defect link to get to the right department.
someone had it out for u but if you talk to ebay , im sure it will get it cleared up, or at least the ones in the given legnth of time allowed by policy

Ebay loves to remove negative feedbacks, just keep calling until you get the right person. There's a loophole, I learned the hard way. Good Luck.

I thought a buyer was able to leave a feedback for every transaction, even if they have 100 of them. Why would they be stopped from leaving 100 positives?

@lilijewels I looked at your FB history ... does selling jewlery or gem stones come with a certain % of neg FB? Perhaps you should consider selling some different items to offset the negs ... otherwise you may run in to issues with eBay if the % increases. Really hope you can get the recent 9 negs fixed up ... good luck.
