Ebay has repeatedly removed items I had for sale because of "government restrictions" on transportation items. All railroad items included. Brass barrel keys, signal locks from 1950..etc. yet there are many more for sale and being sold.

They are removed becaus eBay has a policy saying these items cannot be sold here. If you have been repeatedly listing these and eBay has been repeatdly removing them, you are in danger of being permanently banned.
Government, transit, and shipping-related items policy
Not Allowed: Keys, locks, tools, or anything (regardless of how old the item is) that can control transit vehicles. Examples include railway switch keys or switch lock keys
The fact that others are violating policy is not an excuse. It could be those people saw your listings while they were up, and used that as their excuse 🙂

Not so long ago there was another member that was complaining about the same thing with the same type items. The advice that Lucky gave above is excellent. To continue to violate the policy will only result in you losing your selling privileges. It isn't going to teach Ebay that you will figure out a way to list them just because you are persistent. It will just cause you to lose your ability to sell on Ebay at all.
