Remove defect

I had to cancel a order because I wasn't able to locate it, and would you know I have found it. My question is can I fulfill this order and have defect removed?

You have the defect but you can contact the buyer after you have relisted the item and ask him/her of they would like to buy it.

This often results in positive FB if that matters to you.

The moment you cancel the sale, you will locate the item.    😉

No you can't.  But what might be nice for you to do is contact the buyer you had to disappoint because you hadn't found the inventory.  Let them know you located it and if they are still interested in the item you will get the listing posted right away so they can purchase it again.  If they are still interested, once you set up the listing, send them another email with a link to the new listings.  

You may just make that buyer VERY happy!!!
