Remove Account Restriction

I received an account restriction for not sending 2 items which were sold just as I was going away for 2 weeks. I notified both buyers but they still opened complaints. They were both refunded their money.

Now I'm restricted from selling. I have closed both cases, responded to the negative feedback.

I tried to "reply" to the email Ebay sent me, which said reply to this email. However I received an auto reply saying this is not an email address that can receive mail.

Please help me to get my account restored. I'm a very light user, but have a few items I wish to sell.

No one here can remove your restrictions.

It doesnt matter the reason you didnt ship. Did you put your account on Time Away?

Did you cancel the shipments as "Out of Stock" or did you refund as "Buyer Requested"?

What type of restriction is it?
