Relisting of items paid for and sold

About a half year ago i sold about 15 items to one buyer who paid for all of them with shipping and asked me to refund the shipping cost as he lives nearby me and would pick them up in person. so i did this. the items are paid for but he never came to pick them up and every week, now every month, i ask him by email if he would like me to deliver them to him but i never ever hear back from him.  i jhave tried every way i know how to contact him, i have even checked the obituaries! he had even given me very good feedback comments on all items. what am i to do?

Check the PP transaction to make sure you didn't accidentally give the buyer a TOTAL refund.
