Relisting a max £1 fee listing due to a timewaster

I have created a listing for an £80 item under the max£1 seller fee.

A  week after the sale, on the day of collection the buyer asked to cancel the sale.

I already started an unpaid item case in advance which will end this Saturday, but I just wanted to check if an item relisted due to a time waster can still fall under the same promotion.

I guess not but I just wanted to check.

Since you are a UK seller, you might want to check the UK discussion boards to make sure procedures for ebay.co.uk are the same as they are for ebay.com (mainly North America).

Answer is no, the promo applied to the first x number of listing, a sales that isn't completed or a listing that never finds a buyer doesn't change anything. There are no do overs!
