Relisting a cancelled order on a Fixed price multi item listing

Hi All, 

Would appreciate a little help:

I have a fixed price listing with 3 items for sale. A buyer offered and bought one item. The buyer incorrectly thought they were purchased all 3 items instead of 1 (as the quantity said!). I agreed to the cancellation. 

How do I relist this item for sale? Ebay is showing the item as sold in the listing and I am unable to relist because I receive a message from ebay saying that it is not possible to relist whilst the other items in the listing are still for sale? 

It seems wrong that I would have to wait until the listing is over (26 days) because of a mistake from a buyer?

Why can't you end the current listing and relist?

I have offers on the other items and number of people watching the items. Can I do this and not incur fees?

Revise the "Quantity available" to 3.
