Is the feature relisting automatically for 8 times is that gone now or where can I find it on that page?

If you're talking about the automatic 'free' listing 8 times, that was a perk gifted to new sellers.

Good till canceled automatically re-lists every 30 days, no limit on how many times, but some listings are taken down automatically by eBay if they deem them too old with minimal page views, etc.

This option is now buried two layers deep in the new listing page:

Because it's important that important options are easy for the seller to find.
