Relist failed

I just found out that all of my canceled orders were never relisted. When I buyer contacts me with a problem and wants to cancel I have no problem doing so, it just makes sense rather than having a problem later. I click on cancel order and relist for free. I've always done it this way and never checked up on it. However, today I had a higher priced item that I needed to cancel. I clicked the cancel and relist for free button. Then I did not see it come up in my listings. So, when I went to check on it and it said relist failed. I also found a bunch of items that the same thing happened to. If it were not for the dollar amount on this item, I wouldn't know they didn't get relisted. Anyone have the same issue and or a solution?

What I do when this happens is just go reset the qty available from 0 to 1 and it always works, it just shows that you have sold one which I deem as a small perk for a canceled sale.

Yes, we had several like that right before the Holidays - it was/is frustrating as we wanted them to sell before the Holidays and of course, they did not due to the timing.

Fortunately, the items sold as soon we turned our store back on.  No idea if this is still on-going, but with all the glitches, not surprised.  You have to watch everything on here, which is not possible, of course.
