The items you're dropshipping from Sri Lanka, put Sri Lanka as the location.
The items you're dropshipping from China, put China as the location.

Each individual listing should have the location of that item being sold.
There should be no problem.

Looks like your seller feedback has a whopping $2.98 in sales so I think you are doing great and should be ready to retire in about 60 years. As for getting answers from American ebay sellers don't hold your breathe. We don't live on your side of the planet and seriously don't think about ordering stuff from Asia.
You might try the U.K. boards. They are much closer to you and might order a toothbrush or two.

Sri Lanka try helping yourself by reading the help files available on eBay. If you are drop shipping out of China good luck to you on that one there are thousands of people doing the same thing. High competition, low profit margin and simply too many logistical problems.

I'll help you. You're selling your String Art for $50 and $70, and you're going to ship them Free from Sri Lanka to the US.
When your buyers opens those packages, will they find this fully-assembled piece of artwork mounted on the boards, as shown in your photographs? Or will your buyers find only the $2 kit (strings and tacks) to make the piece of artwork?
If it's the former, you sure have cheap labor and a lot of packing to do... if it's the latter, you'll have a lot of SNADS to do.

Doing selling while you learn is backwards. You learn before you sell. Everything you need to know is in the help pages or in the A-Z topics index. Start with the Site Map at the bottom of this page.

Do you really have "stores" in Sri Lanka and China, or are you actually drop-shipping from China? There is a big difference. One of those is not a viable business plan. It is over 2400 miles from the Heart of China to Sri Lanka - over 4 hours by plane. How do you have the resources to commute from Sri Lanka to China on a regular basis to oversee a Store there?
Okay - now that is out of the way - Have wanted to ask for a really long time - what do you do for a living? Clearly selling on e-Bay is not what is or will pay your bills.
The best way we can help you on these boards is to encourage you to invest in yourself in Sri Lanka, in whatever it is that you do to earn a viable living. There have to be better, safer, less stressful ways in Sri Lanka to create a side-hustle for yourself vs a drop-shipping mess that will not end well?
Wish you the very best. Stay safe.

You have a store in China? You must be extremely wealthy. What is the name of the store?
Having a drop-shipper in China is not the same as having a store in China.

The items you're dropshipping from Sri Lanka, put Sri Lanka as the location.
The items you're dropshipping from China, put China as the location.
