Hello every,
I started selling through ebay begin of the August and my first 10 listings are over. Seven items are sold out. So I would like to increase my selling limits but customer care said that they can't increase my listing limits till 16th September. Is there any way to increase my listing limit?

Not as a brand new Seller.
The best way is to use all of your allotment each month and have zero issues with your orders. They will then work to allow more.
Start out slow and make certain to ship timely, address any issues asap. Sell lower dollar items initially.
Good luck! Stay safe.

You just need to be patient - hopefully the 6 items you have sold will get positive feedback and this should help.

Maybe you are aware of this, but at your prices, you can't be making any money, especially with free shipping from Sri Lanka.

I was thinking about this a while ago and realized I know nothing about the economy in Sri Lanka. A good living might be $3,000 U.S. per year for all I know. That's the fun part of researching things such as the c. 1970 Japanese bird plates I am about to list.
The last laugh might be on us when the OP becomes the King of Keychains and drop ships 250,000 per year. Anything is possible.

If his listing limit remains that of a new seller, he's going to have a hard time drop shipping 250K per year.

I doubt you own the legal rights to sell that captain America handmade item.

Hi, new sellers have to be patient. Getting through the probationary period takes some time. Your job right now is to make sure your current listings are successful. That means shipping sold goods promptly, staying within the rules of the site, and taking care of the customer. I took a look at your listings. They are nice. Wanted to give you a heads-up that telling prospective buyers they should not leave negative feedback goes against the Feedback Manipulation policy. You might want to change that. It is best not to mention feedback at all as eBay frowns on this. See link below for more information regarding this policy. Good luck and wish you much success.
