Re: Regarding feedback removal

The feedback you received doesn’t seem to violate any feedback policy.
If your buyer says they will remove feedback then send them a feedback revision request.
Click the link below to learn how to send a feedback revision request.

You say you’re selling for 4 yrs and this is your first negative?  I see a total of 4 negatives in your profile.

4 negs, 2 neutrals and 18 feedback revisions. I suspect eBay is tired of dealing with the OP over feedback issues.

I missed the revisions, I guess the OP exceeded the limit for that.

@skyviewfashion07

Although your shop is very beautiful, many of  your customers are questioning your descriptions and are disappointed in the quality of the garments you are selling.  Too small, cheap fabric, etc.  Are these being made in India or somewhere else like China? I have several friends from India who wear traditional Indian garbs and they are exquisite in every aspect.  I suspect eBay only lets you remove so many feedbacks if you ask the customer to revise.  The bottom line is you've had several unhappy buyers & that's not good.  Try working on your descriptions a bit better and being more communicative with the buyer as well.

 Best of luck.

Re: Regarding feedback removal

I can have 5 feedback revisions for every 1000 feedbacks received in the past 12 months. But not sure how long you need to wait for yours since you’ve had 18 revisions.

Re: Regarding feedback removal

Hi @skyviewfashion07 Sorry about your dilemma.

As others have stated, you can make 5 feedback revision requests per calendar year. If you have used all your revision requests for the year, afraid you will have to wait, which means the poor reviews will stand, since revisions must be made within a 30-day window. See the link to the policy below for more info.

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/replying-feedback-received-item-sold?id=41...

However, there is perhaps more you can do. In light of the situation, the revision requests do not solve the problems you are experiencing. It would likely be more productive to spend one’s time and resources in tackling the root of the matter—why do you need the revision requests to begin with? Because apparently you have some unhappy buyers leaving negative reviews.

Solve the quality issue with your items first, and the feedback revision requests will be unnecessary in the future. Good luck!

Re: Regarding feedback removal

Hi skyviewfashion07,

From Last month, India registered accounts only getting Indian support team. Not able to contact eBay UK, US & Australia support team.

The problem with eBay India support team is they didn't have qualified agents if you ask them any queries they would just copy paste the same message even you chat with other agent after a month... they would only give senseless excuses as they do not know much about eBay. They can't even open feedback profile page of any eBay ID. There working hours are also limited.

Can anyone help me ?? I want to know " how to contact eBay agents of UK, US & Australia support team for sellers from India "
