Any recycling is good recycling. I've never had a complaint. But I always include the ebay packing slip with a written "thanks" just so they know it's from me and not them, or whoever.
No issues for me yet, and it saves us ALL money and waste. In fact that's super important. Good luck~

mmmmmmmeeeeeh 😕... within reason.
For example, just trust me on this... never recycle a cereal box as packaging to ship an item out to a buyer. I don't care how much padding you put in there. Just don't do it

I've had buyers return items packed in beer boxes before. At least it wasn't lite beer.

No, never re-use overt trash.
Just reuse what can be reused. And make it neat and professional. Include a new packing slip or just a note. People do appreciate that.
Please don't confuse "recycle" with "ship garbage", the world is beyond that now.

You're in India...isn't there still suspended shipping from your country due to the covid? I would check it out before you ship.

I think the winner was an LP Vinyl record I received in a pizza box
that is kind of exaggerated recycling

At least it was a box. We received an LP recently in just a bubble mailer - snapped into 2 pieces. Hard to find a "clean" pizza box though. Lol

Amazon bubble envelopes are my go to inner packing wrap. Free, fast and effective.
I also use a lot of those smaller Amazon book mailing boxes since they are free for me.
