Refunds

I want to refund a buyer and the item has already been shipped and delivered. I don't want the item returned. I can't figure out how to send the refund

Go to the order. 

On the left side under the shipped date/delivered date, there are 3 dots. Click and scroll down to "send refund."

     Not much information to work with. Why are you wanting to refund has the buyer opened a request for a refund or are you just wanting to refund the buyer for some other reason?
