The eBay money back gurentee recently sold an 1886s PL Unc; buyer claimed did. not look uncirculated to him , although he had 8 well defined photos to grade by and see full condition, then threatened neg feedback if I didn’t comply, he then lied to EBay stating the coin he received was ,not like the photos , he received the exact coin in the photos, why go threw all of that , buyers remorse, however EBay makes it so simple for a buyer ,just saying it’ s not as discribed without any proof , via photos of coin sent undoctored, to many unscrupulous buyers, I have many repeat customers 100% feedback, but that accounts for 0 , I don’t like being called a liar , in a sense by a buyer claiming fraudulent information, has this occurred to any of you?

Refunds

I had a buyer include a picture of what she received in her false return request. The picture shows that she received the correct item 100% and after 2 days of waiting on eBay for business through Facebook, they basically say "we don't have a dispute process setup for returns". You must report the buyer for misuse of the MBG and making a false claim and possibly you will be eligible for a "shipping subsidy".
