How do I do a partial refund on a purchase from a buyer? When Paypal processed the payments it was quite easy to do a refund. Now that Ebay is controlling everything I don't see a place to do a partial refund. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Find the order in question in your paid and shipped column. Click on the arrow in a small box next to the date paid and find the refund buyer option. Click on refund. It will bring up the order and ask you to choose the reason for the refund.
You then fill in the amount to be refunded. The last step is to confirm the amount is correct. Once confirmed you and the buyer will receive an email stating the amount being refunded and why.
Lastly once eBay processes the refund you will receive 1 more email telling you that the refund is complete.

Click the order on the 'all orders' portion of seller hub (click orders, drop down will come up and click 'all') to locate the sale.
Drop down menu on the left side, one is to 'refund' ; then you can refund for whatever reason and whatever amount.

When "partial refunding" keep in mind that no seller fees are credited back to you by eBay for the amount of the refund given to the buyer.

What do you do when there is no option to refund in that drop down menu?
