Why when you give a refund  as I just did as they paid postage on 2 items and  combined them.why does Ebay then take away the details of address  and name etc  so your stuck for address

As we pay through bank now and not PayPal you cant look up address. Luckily  it was a global shipping  so I got it from Google But its so annoying Why do they do that

Ebay gives plenty of info, including buyer addresses

Hover over 'orders' top left of 'seller hub' and click on the appropriate item you need

In this case, 'paid and shipped', then click on the 'order details' number
