We were sent an item back as the buyer didnt pick up from Argos. The return payment was paid for by Ebay but now in this NEW managed payment we have to qive a full refund (WE WANT PAYMANT FOR POSTAGE AS WE SENT ON TIME AND IT GOT TO BUYER ON TIME) or we leave it then buyer opens a case and its in Ebay hands. The old sysyem was better when we took shiiping of the refund. BUT last time we had this Ebay gave the case to us THEN the buyer opened a another case with their payment provided SO Ebay case doesnt stand

As mentioned by the previous poster, eBay's software has misdirected you to the US community discussion board forum. While there are more similarities between the two platforms than there are differences, it would still be a better idea to post this on your "home" board to get answers from your fellow UK sellers. In order to get the best advice, you'll want to post the same issues on the ebay.co.uk discussion boards.
