I have had a major health setback and am unable to pack and ship an item that has just sold.  How do I cancel the order an issue a refund to the buyer?

I believe if you go into your orders 

there is a dropdown menu 

and you will find that option there

Go to ORDERS (select CANCEL ORDER from drop down menu).    This will automatically send refund to your customer and EBAY will refund your "selling fees".

Sorry to hear about your health issues. 

When you cancel, be sure to choose the "out of stock" reason for the cancellation.

There's no drop down menu.  If I am unable to follow through on shipment and the buyer never receives the item will eBay automatically refund the buyer?

I know this does not really answer the question you are asking, but is there no one around you who could simply pack and ship that one remaining sale, perhaps with your guidance? It would be good to close out your current selling in a normal way, so that if you return to selling later, you'll have a clean sheet to resume with.
