I want to give a buyer a shipping discount. It is now an older sale and I can't fine out how to give her a refund.

Go to ORDERS, ALL ORDERS (click down arrow & select SEND REFUND). Specify the amount of amount you want to give your customer.

Huh ? Please never do that unless somehow you made a big mistake. Why would you do that ?
