I have a buyer requesting a refund for “item not delivered” USPS tracking showing it was delivered to front door/porch. eBay policy says “If a buyer doesn’t receive their item, they’re entitled to a refund unless you can provide tracking information showing that it was delivered” should I be worried? Also how do I decline the refund? I bought the label through eBay so it didn’t get sent to the wrong place.

Upload the tracking to EBay. That is your protection.

thank you and already have so I should be safe?

Yes. The tracking clears you of responsibility and shows your obligation closed.

Tracking that shows 'delivered' is not always enough for a seller to win the case since there are scam sellers.
Here are the precise rules for the seller to win>
What to do when a buyer opens an item not received request on eBay
Add tracking details: You need to provide tracking within 3 business days of the request being opened. In order to be protected, tracking must be from one the shipping carriers integrated with eBay and must include the date you shipped the item, the date it was delivered, and the address it was delivered to. If the order has a total cost (total of item(s), shipping and tax) of $750 or more, it should also show the signature confirmation of the recipient. Learn more about our signature confirmation requirements.

Awesome! More questions if you don’t mind. Do I just wait til it’s resolved or does the buyer/eBay need to end the request?

The only issues you could remotely have is if you shipped to an address clearly not correct, or outside of the buyers zipcode. If you shipped to the provided address, cheers.

If you have proof via a USPS tracking number, there should be no problems on your end.

Even though tracking may show on the order, respond to the case and input the tracking number in the appropriate place. I also add to the notes section something to the effect of "According to USPS tracking number (fill in the blank), delivery was made on (date) at (time) and to the front porch."
Ebay doesn't close the case immediately as they give the buyer a bit more time to respond or "find" the package. After 3 days, you can request that ebay step in to close it and this is one of the rare cases in which it's an easy win for the seller.

You should be all set. As others have said... You should still be prepared just in case there is a discrepancy that needs to be addressed.

Once the buyer opens a Not Received claim -
Upload / insert the tracking into the case / claim.
Very important to insert the tracking into the case. Some people think the since eBay has the information it is there but the seller still needs to put it in the case.

Awesome! Thanks everyone who replied and helped. I re uploaded tracking in the refund request, if address was wrong it would be on the buyers end due to buying label through eBay but they never mentioned wrong address so I should be good on that end.Now I just wait til they close or eBay steps in.
