So a customer has contacted my wanting refund as the item sold she thought included an particular item (the actual item sold was an accessory for said item) now in the fotos there are no suggestions that the item is included and in my discription i state twice in capital letters that this item is not included. However this woman has clearly purchased this on a whim and not read the description.
Do i have a leg to stand on??

You have 30 day returns so you have to accept the return. If it is opened as a not as described you will have to pay return shipping. If it is opened as a remorse they pay return shipping.
Which item was it?

No, you don't have a leg to stand on. Accept the return. Fighting returns never turns out well for the seller - you could lose the money and the item too.

Here in eBay land you need to pick the hill you want to die on. This wouldn't be that hill for me especially since you are a newer seller.

You might want to add the buyer to your Blocked Bidder List so he/she won't be able to purchase additional items from you as a preemptive measure.

If the buyer opens a Not As Described return, you will have NO choice, you will have to pay for the return shipping. Don't be foolish and end up with an unresponsive seller derect, as it could put you out of business. Either accept that these things will happen, even frequently, or stop selling here.

I regret that your purchase was not satisfactory.
If you will return it I will refund you promptly.
Thank you for your business.
No admission of responsibility . No shaming. No promise of anything outside of what eBay requires.
When you get it back, refund promptly. You can decide about the Blocked Bidder List, based on her FB Left for Others.
You do NOT want her to go through eBay, because they will encourage a Not As Described dispute and you will be paying return postage. Keep it private. Then cancel at Buyer Request to get fees back. (And which is cheaper your FVF on the item or return postage?)
And now let me spread the Good News about Cookie Jar Insurance.
Problems really are few are far between. Perhaps 1% of sales.
So add a few pennies, rarely more than a dime, to every asking price and toss those virtual pennies in virtual Cookie Jar.
When a problem does come up, pay out from the Cookie Jar.
More formally this is called self-insurance, and most who use it make more than they pay out.
