Hi, I have been calling Ebay to refresh my listings, Ebay said I could do it myself. Can anyone tell me how?

Pull all listings into the bulk editor. Don't make any edits. Save changes (even though there are no changes). That will force the listings to re-index.
Why do you need to re-index all your listings so often? It does not give you a search boost. It's generally reserved for listings that have issues - like one isn't appearing in search for some reason. Not that common.

Wouldn't "refreshing" listings in bulk mean they would all open and close at the same time?
Which would mean that the Search would be skewed in About to Close and Newly Listed (at the 30 day mark).
It seems to be general opinion that it is best to have new (or just relisted) items opening every day not just once a month.

Maybe start off by telling us just what your meaning of "refreshing listings" is? Could be taken a couple of ways; listing ended and trying to relist or trying to bump them up in the listings. Guessing it is the latter.

I hear sellers talking about this all the time,
ending your listing then re-listing to make the listing "fresh".
I can't say if it helps or not, but In 20+ years I have never done that.

Do you mean "revise?" Your post isn't really clear and as far as calling Ebay for help, you are better off asking here. Those agents are not employees of Ebay's. They are outsourced contract labor overseas and other areas. They are there to answer the phones and seldom have the right answers. Come back and tell us what's going on so people can help you.

I don't think OP is talking about ending and relisting because CS wouldn't do that.
I think OP is talking about what people often call a "refresh" but is actually a forced re-index of all listings. There's a long-standing false rumor it gives you a search boost. If OP wants to do it anyway the instructions are in my post above.

Well I'd give it a shot if it were not for the fear of things going awry and having to manually be a man-ually and having to correct things. Trust me, its no fun when you dump the cat litter on you're feet.
