Refresh me please re: non-paying buyers new resolution policy

Have a buyer who has not sent payment. Now in MP I understand the policy has changed. Confusing me is that the two items sold on May 15 yet on the crazy new selling hub it shows sold date May 17 and closing date is May 22.

Here's the new policy (which has nothing to do with Managed Payments per se).

Don't know what to tell you about the apparent discrepancy in the sold dates . . .

Thanks. Re-read it and the wait time is 5 calendar days so while my auctions ended on Sat May 15 the wait time does not begin until Mon May 17.

In eBay speak, 5 Calendar Days (does not include Weekends and Holidays).
And when they say 5 days that means you have to wait until the 6th day to do it.
